2 meetings in person to catch up with plans so far, and get things back on track

list of recommended suppliers based on your plans already in place

create a schedule for the day

contact with venue and suppliers to say hello, so I become their go-to on the day (and pick up last min details)

venue set up and styling

coordination on the day (up until the end of your first dance)
